Increase home care hours by 6.1 million per year by 2030, for a targeted total of 46.5 million hours (compared with a current government target of 40.4 million hours for 2027). Fund the measure with $625 million in new credits over four years, topped up by as much as $87.5 million more from administrative simplification and redeployment.
