Create a $200 million fund for independent audiovisual production diversity

Create a $200 million fund to support the diversity of independent Quebec audiovisual productions, expand the CPCQ tax credit base to reality TV productions (affiliated and independent producers alike), increase by 10% the refundable tax credit for film and television production services aimed at attracting foreign shoots, and boost by $100 million the interim financing envelope of the refundable tax credit for Quebec film and television production (raising it to $200 million), to reduce production financing costs. Adds to the $609.6 million audiovisual strategy announced in June 2026.
