Create the RADIER registry of public decision-makers unfit to manage public funds

Create the Registre des administrateurs déclarés inaptes à exercer avec les ressources publiques (RADIER), administered by the Autorité des marchés publics (AMP), which would list elected officials, civil servants, deputy ministers and other public decision-makers deemed unfit to manage public funds. The party states that RADIER would substantially reduce cost overruns in government projects — a stated aim, not a demonstrated result.
