Create four private hospitals funded privately but covered by the health insurance card

Create four hospitals whose construction, equipment and operation would be financed by the private sector, but whose care would be purchased by the state and accessible free of charge with the public health insurance card (RAMQ), with emergency rooms open at all times, beds and operating rooms. Operators would be selected through open calls for tender to Quebec, Canadian and international companies, required to demonstrate their ability to treat more patients, more quickly and at a lower cost.
