Create an expert committee to oversee artificial intelligence

Create a committee bringing together stakeholders in the field (including Mila, IVADO and Obvia) to assess the effects of artificial intelligence on schools, work, businesses, culture, the environment, data, democracy and government operations. A first task given to the committee would be to measure the impacts on schools, work, businesses and government operations, then implement the recommendations drawing on international best practices.
