Invest $1 billion more per year in mission-based funding for community organizations

Québec solidaire commits to investing an additional $1 billion per year to support the mission of community organizations, permanently adopting mission-based funding rather than project-based funding, ensuring the funding is sustained, and updating the Programme de soutien aux organismes communautaires (PSOC) in consultation with the sector.
