Invest $100 million in heritage building requalification

Create a $100 million fund, with an annual call for projects, to requalify heritage buildings (churches, presbyteries, convents) into housing, community spaces, workplaces or venues; the party also announces a review of building code requirements that block viable projects. Part of the combined $200 million envelope announced on September 25, 2026 alongside support for local businesses (see PR-0299).
