Invest $217 million to expand and complete early screening for four cancers: gradually extending breast cancer screening to women aged 45 to 49 (up to 132,000 additional mammograms per year, 120 to 840 additional cancers detected), completing the organized colorectal cancer screening program (ages 50-74, systematic invitations and reminders), providing permanent funding and continuing the regional rollout of lung cancer screening (high-risk people aged 55-74, currently offered at 30 sites across 18 facilities), and expanding cervical cancer screening through HPV testing, with gradual integration of self-collected vaginal testing. IT system modernization planned for systematic invitations and reminders.
