End the uniform three-days-a-week office attendance requirement for public servants

End the uniform requirement that all Québec public servants be in the office three days a week. A Milliard government would replace this rule with a flexible approach in which managers would determine the required level of attendance based on the nature of the work, service quality, collaboration and expected results.
