Neutralize rate-parity clauses imposed on lodging establishments

Make void or unenforceable any contractual clause ("broad" or "narrow" parity) preventing a lodging establishment from offering its own customers a better rate directly than on booking platforms. The platforms themselves would not be banned and would keep their distribution role. Announced on September 26, 2026.
