Prioritize the expansion and modernization of the Cité-de-la-Santé, the only hospital serving more than 460,000 people in Laval, in order to increase hospitalization capacity, reduce pressure on emergency rooms and adapt facilities to needs in perinatal care, pediatrics, neonatology, mental health and other specialized care. The PLQ ties the commitment to stronger community-based care and a public telehealth entry point.
