Cut cégep and university tuition fees by 50%

Cut university tuition fees and CEGEP registration fees in half starting in the first mandate, aiming for complete tuition-free education in the medium term. Estimated cost of $170 million in the first year, rising to $350 million by the end of the mandate; estimated savings of about $2,000 per year per student. Includes paying all mandatory internships.
