Cut the QST on gasoline in half and pay a $125 refund

Cut the QST on gasoline in half for one year and, during the same period, stop including the gasoline tax in the QST calculation. Also pay an annual refund of $125 to taxpayers with an individual gross income of $40,000 or less; the measure would be reassessed according to changes in the price of gasoline.
