Settle the Club Appalaches file and complete the end of private clubs on public land

Paul St-Pierre Plamondon commits, if elected, to settling the Club Appalaches file in order to complete the removal of private clubs from public land ("déclubbage") begun under René Lévesque's government in 1977-1978 and to restore fair public access to the territory concerned, in the Les Basques MRC. The commitment follows a motion the PQ has already tabled in the National Assembly.
